LeanTaaS is a Silicon Valley-based software company that uses advanced mathematics and predictive analytics to improve healthcare operations. Their AI-driven platform helps hospitals across the US optimize asset utilization—from operating rooms to infusion chairs. They are a recognized “unicorn” in the HealthTech sector, delivering intelligent, real-time systems to major medical providers.
The company needed a digital presence that matched its rapid growth and technological sophistication. Their goal was to make complex data science (“Better Healthcare Through Math”) accessible and attractive to non-technical hospital administrators. They required a professional website to generate leads and a consistent visual system for investor presentations and marketing materials that would stand out in the conservative medical market.
We provided a comprehensive Branding and Web Design solution focused on clarity and precision.
Visual Strategy: We moved away from sterile medical clichés, adopting a modern “tech” aesthetic with custom iconography and isometric illustrations to explain complex processes.
Web & Print: We designed a fully responsive website that simplifies the user journey for potential enterprise clients. Additionally, we created a suite of marketing materials—including brochures and high-end presentation decks—to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Result The collaboration resulted in a polished, scalable brand identity that supports LeanTaaS’s position as an industry leader. The new website and visual assets have become powerful tools for their sales team, helping them communicate value effectively to investors and healthcare executives. The design successfully bridges the gap between complex mathematics and better patient care.















Starting from the scratch we have made a fully responsive front-end development of the site, optimized it so it could perform good, fast and correctly on any device. All modern trends and usability principles were followed.
To accompany the presentations, LeanTaas needed extra marketing material to bolster their efforts. We handled the design full color marketing brochures, leaflets. We kept the visual language consistent throughout, to align with the new website design and branding.



The refreshed brand identity played a key role in LeanTaaS’s journey to becoming a healthcare “Unicorn”. The scalable design system allowed the company to expand rapidly, securing trust with major hospital networks across the US. Today, the visual language we created serves as the foundation for their marketing and software interfaces, helping them effectively communicate the value of AI in healthcare.
