Complaints Board is one of the most trusted and popular consumer complaints websites in the world, based in Chicago, USA. It serves as a global bridge between unhappy customers and brands, processing thousands of reviews and conflict resolutions daily.
With a massive database of user-generated content, the platform faced usability challenges. The old interface made it difficult for users to quickly find relevant information or file complaints efficiently. The registration process was cumbersome, and the high density of information often overwhelmed visitors, leading to lower engagement rates.
We executed a complete UX/UI Redesign focused on speed and clarity.
UX Strategy: We streamlined the architecture to reduce the number of clicks required to post a review. Complex forms were simplified into intuitive steps.
UI Design: A clean, trust-inspiring interface was developed to handle heavy text content without clutter. We also optimized the mobile experience to ensure seamless access from any device.
The redesign delivered measurable improvements in platform performance. The time required for content creation was reduced by 62%, while information review efficiency increased by 43%. User registration speed also improved by 76%. The new platform is faster, more engaging, and successfully empowers consumers to protect their rights with ease.
