The client

Build a strong people foundation. Services help small and mid-size businesses improve their bottom line and the well-being and productivity of their people. We work with our clients to build a strong, scalable foundation of HR, Benefits, and Payroll solutions that fit their business needs today and into the future. Our qualified experts, targeted services, and robust technology make an immediate, measurable impact on our client’s ability to hire, engage, and retain top people.

Problem

Melita’s internal team lacked the design and prototyping expertise to bring their digital innovations to life. The existing tools did not fully support client–performer communication, and researchers struggled with inefficient workflows. This gap limited the platform’s ability to deliver safe, fast, and smart HR processes.

Solution

BASOV DESIGN partnered with Melita Group to research, strategize, and design the MyMelita platform. We created a clear brand strategy, pitch deck, and SaaS website, alongside a user‑friendly interface that simplifies HR workflows. The result was a modern, intuitive product that improves communication, streamlines payroll and benefits management, and empowers businesses to focus on growth.
