Melita’s internal team lacked the design and prototyping expertise to bring their digital innovations to life. The existing tools did not fully support client–performer communication, and researchers struggled with inefficient workflows. This gap limited the platform’s ability to deliver safe, fast, and smart HR processes.

We created a clear brand strategy, pitch deck, and SaaS website, alongside a user‑friendly interface that simplifies HR workflows.
